1. Log in to PowerSchool Admin (ucfsd.powerschool.com/admin)
2. From the start page, make a selection of all students in the school. Either click on the magnifying glass next to the search bar, or click the link for "All"
3. You should see a list of students appear. At the bottom right of the list, click on the expand arrow to open the blue functions menu. Click on "Export Using Template"
4. On the next screen, Choose "Students" from the drop-down
5. In the second drop down, Choose "List: Student List with Emails"
6. Make sure the radio dial is selected next to The selected xxxx students
7. Click "Submit"
This will generate a text file that can be opened in Microsoft Excel
