How to enable Microphones on macOS Mojave and later
Go to System Preferences by clicking on the Apple in the upper left hand corner of your screen.
Once in System Preferences go to Security & Privacy
Once in Security & Privacy, click on Privacy at the mid top, then Microphone, then Google Chrome. Make sure that is checked.
