Front Row Juno may have a front LCD display that becomes frozen and unresponsive (leaving it stuck at a certain volume level).
These are the steps to resolve this issue.
Turn the Juno off. Touch the screen while the Juno is OFF and keep touching the screen while you turn it back on again.
Keep touching until the screen turns black - *you may have to wait for 30 seconds or so.
Once it’s black stop touching the screen and you should get a calibration option.
**You need to be at eye-level with the LCD to see the blue calibration targets.
Once re-calibrated the touch screen should react again as expected.
