1. When you make a copy of a Google Doc, the file will automatically be names "Copy of <Name of File>". 


2. You can rename the copied file with your preferred title. 


3. Below the file name window, "My Drive" is automatically selected as the file destination. You can change the folder by clicking on the "My Drive" folder. This will pop up more folders or drives where you can select a new file destination. If you want to select a folder in a shared or separate drive, use the ">" arrows to locate the folder. 




4. Once you choose the preferred folder destination and click select. 



5. After preferred file name and preferred file destination are selected, click the "Make a Copy" button.
